REPRESENTATIVE TEAMS Whilst there is no club which represents Tasmania in the national A-League , Football Federation Tasmania sends male and female youth teams to national talent carnivals held annually. LOCAL LEAGUES AND CLUBS There is no statewide leagues run in Tasmania although a statewide knock-out cup is run annually (similar to the FA Cup ). Tasmania has seperate senior male leagues in both the north and south of the state, each of which comprises a number of graded divisions. Women's and junior competitions are also run in both ends of the state by Football Federation Tasmania. The numerous local clubs which play in the above competitions are all amateur clubs, with most having multiple teams in male, female and junior competitions. LIST OF CLUBS Northern clubs
