Ohakuri is a hydroelectric power station on the Waikato River , central North Island , New Zealand , midway between Taupo , Rotorua and Hamilton . This man-made Dam sits almost immediately south of the Atiamuri Dam, and it's construction in the 1960's created the artificial Lake Ohakuri. EXTERNAL LINKS |
