He signed for Forest Green in 2004 from Coca Cola League Two side Kidderminster Harriers . He stands at 6 feet tall.

Gadsby has league experience, having previously played at clubs including Walsall , where he graduated from the youth team and played in the Division Two Play-off final of 2001, when Walsall defeated Reading. After being released by Walsall, he signed for Mansfield Town .
