The company was founded by his father in 1944 as a construction outfit, but has since evolved into a Property Management and investment group. Real Estate accounts for an estimated 70% of sales. Lundberg enjoys hunting and curling (he was a one-time junior world champion); sits on board of Stockholm School Of Economics , along with fellow Swedish billionaire Stefan Persson .
