Billy Drago is an American Actor . Born '''Billy Eugene Burrows''' in Hugoton, Kansas on September 18 , 1949 , he changed his last name to Drago to avoid being confused with another Screen Actors Guild member named Billy Burrows . His son is actor Darren E. Burrows . Drago's signature role was as Al Capone 's henchman Frank Nitti in Brian De Palma 's 1987 film '' The Untouchables ''. Since then, he has appeared mostly in Direct-to-video and Television roles; his TV Résumé includes '' The Adventures Of Brisco County, Jr. '', '' Charmed '', '' The X-Files '' and '' T.J. Hooker ''. He has appeared in movies including ''''. He also was featured in Michael Jackson 's 2001 short film/music video '' You Rock My World ''. Billy Drago also played a mysterious stranger who gave a boy a special key in the Mike + the Mechanics music video for "Silent Running (On Dangerous Ground)" in 1985. Drago's latest movie role was in director Gregg Araki 's 2004 film '' Mysterious Skin ''. Most recently he appeared in the horror remake '' The Hills Have Eyes ''. Drago was also set to star in Takashi Miike 's Masters Of Horror episode "Imprint", but Showtime pulled the episode from the air due to "disturbing content".
