Pinner is a town in the London Borough Of Harrow in north-west London . It is a suburban development situated 12.5 miles (20.1 km) west north-west of Charing Cross . HISTORY Pinner was originally a Hamlet dating back to at least medieval times. The oldest part of the town has a church dating back from at the least the early 1200s as well as some Tudor buildings. Pinner has had an annual street Fair since 1336 , when it was granted by Royal Charter by Edward III . (It is the last of its kind in Middlesex .)
